3. Tracking and delivery

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. A signature may be required for high-value products, including smartphones, tablets, computers and smartwatches. Some device orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a complete physical address and a valid telephone number.

4. International orders, duties and taxes

For deliveries to the United States, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark and the Czech Republic, displayed product prices include applicable taxes (including VAT where applicable) and import duties. No additional payment for these taxes or duties is required at checkout or on delivery.

For deliveries to Japan, displayed product prices exclude tax. A 10% tax is added at checkout. Review the itemised charges and final order total before payment.

For Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated according to your delivery address and products, displayed separately and collected at checkout. They are not included in the displayed product price. Review the final total before payment. Reloopo arranges Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to these four destinations and pays the import charges and customs-clearance fees to the carrier, so you should not be asked to pay them again on delivery.

For other supported destinations, review the final order total and any charges shown at checkout before payment. The destination-specific arrangements in this Shipping Policy apply.

If a carrier requests an unexpected payment for customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees, contact support@reloopo.com with your order number and a copy of the request before paying so we can check it with the carrier.

Free shipping refers only to the delivery charge. Import charges follow the destination-specific arrangements above.

Products containing lithium-ion batteries may be subject to additional carrier or destination restrictions. Available delivery services are shown at checkout.

5. Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@reloopo.com with your order number. For damaged deliveries, keep the product and all packaging and provide clear photos of the shipping box, internal packaging and product. We recommend reporting delivery problems within five business days. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country or region.
