Buying from Reloopo: battery, accessories, delivery and support

A useful refurbished device starts with clear expectations. At Reloopo, you choose the model, storage and cosmetic condition, then check the battery guarantee, included accessories and delivery details for that product. Here is how to work through those decisions before you order.
Choose the device and condition together
The model determines features such as screen size, camera, charging connector and software compatibility. The condition describes cosmetic wear. Acceptable shows visible signs of use; Good has lighter wear; Excellent has minimal marks. All three grades are checked for functionality. Product images illustrate the model and color; they are not photographs of your individual device.
Check the selected combination on the product page before adding it to your bag. Changing storage, color or condition may change the price and availability. The current product page is the place to compare prices in your selected market.
Read the battery minimum, not a promised runtime
Where the standard grade policy is stated, minimum battery health is 80% for Acceptable, 90% for Good and 95% for Excellent. Product-specific battery terms take precedence. These are minimums, not upper limits. Battery origin and replacement status are product-specific. The current iPhone 8 listing specifies a new third-party replacement battery fitted by Reloopo, not manufactured by Apple. Do not assume that all devices have Apple-original batteries. The selected product page shows the applicable guarantee.
Battery health does not tell you exactly how many hours a charge will last. Screen brightness, apps, signal strength and usage all affect that.
Check what is in the box
The current iPhone 8 includes a Lightning to USB-A cable and UK three-pin USB power adapter; these accessories are not advertised as Apple-original. Other models have their own included-accessory terms. For example, the current iPad Air M3 listing says charging accessories may vary with stock, and Pencil and keyboard are sold separately. Read the product’s ‘What’s in the box?’ section for its exact contents, and ask us if you need a particular plug type. Cases and props shown in editorial images are not included unless the product page says so.
Allow for dispatch and transit separately
Orders usually leave Hong Kong within one business day after payment and any required verification. That is dispatch time, not a promise of next-day arrival. Standard shipping is free to our supported destinations; expedited options, transit estimates and any applicable taxes or duties depend on the destination. Review your market’s product-page information and the final checkout breakdown.
Keep the order details for support
Your device includes a 12-month warranty and 30-day free returns under our published policies. Read the coverage, exclusions and return process before buying. On delivery, check the device and accessories, connect to your network and test the apps you need. Contact support@reloopo.com with your order number if something needs attention; arrange a return with our team before sending a parcel.
A box is useful context, not your order specification
Stockroom photos show how packaging appears in a batch. They do not guarantee the same box for every order, confirm a battery reading or establish Apple certification. Keep the selected product description and order confirmation as your reference. If a plug, accessory or regional version matters, ask before payment.
